Steps: 1. Create a GitHub repo (public or private) 2. Push all 3 files maintaining the folder structure 3. Go to Cloudflare Dashboard → Pages → Create project 4. Connect your GitHub repo 5. Build settings: Build command = blank, Output dir = / 6. Deploy — your URL will be https://chainforge.pages.dev
The proxy is auto-wired at /api/chain — no extra config needed.
